How does interpreting work?
Remote interpreting is a form of consecutive interpreting. The interpreter speaks after the speaker has finished speaking in the source language. The speech must therefore be divided into shorter sections – the speaker expresses some of his/her thoughts and after a few sentences he/she must pause and give the interpreter time to translate the speech into the other language.
Consecutive interpreting is used for business meetings, company meetings and training sessions.
